Chromebook Tech Help

When using an LAUSD Chromebook, DO NOT use the Schoology App. Using the Schoology App will prevent you from viewing videos and participating in ZOOM meetings. 

 

If the Chromebook is in Schoology App mode, you can exit the app by powering off the device. The power switch is located on the side of the device, it is very small. When powered back on, the Chromebook will no longer be in app mode. Log-in to the Chromebook using your mymail account and password and access Schoology via the browser (Chrome) at   lms.lausd.net

 

 

Also, when using an LAUSD Chromebook, you must be completely logged-out of Google.  Being logged-in to Google will prevent you from participating in ZOOM meetings.  Below, is a link to a YouTube video created by Dr. Gonzalez, that demonstrates logging-out of Google.
